Describe the bug
Some apps use custom icons to indicate something,
This bug is kind of critical to me as I do use those icon to see from a glance whether there are unread notifications / problems with VPN connection / download is finished / etc.

To Reproduce

E.g. default Telegram icon in Seleen and icon when there are unread messages is the same.

Expected behavior
Seleen to use "Telegram has unread messages" icon like in usual system tray:
