[FEAT] Option to pin tray apps

Feature request - add opton to pin tray apps outside (e.g. on Windows toolbar you can drag it ouside the tray to keep it always visible).

The main reason why I need this feature because I'm so used to have it on default Windows toolbar - without option to pin the app I can't see the icons based notifications from app without opening the tray (to resolve it, also need to resolve #403 first). Also apps from tray are less accessible - I either need to keep it opened or pin it on task bar.
