The instructions for this task were not very detailed, it was not possible to understand exactly the expected output without looking at the tests, the text was changed to make it easier to understand the activity.
That's a feature not a bug. Exercism practices test-driven development, where the tests are the requirements. You are supposed to read the tests to understand exactly what to do. |
