Phoneme improvements

This replaces some wav files to be cleaner and more realistic, adds an s for Spanish from Spain, along with changes to the intonations ending in 6's.

It would be good to add a more Spanish s as between the Latin and Spanish language of spain I find no difference. Only differences are found in the letter c and z

Soy brasilero, vivo en Argentina a muchos años, y sé bien de lo que hablas. Estos cambios están en el pull request, basta que álguien me ayude a solucionar lo que impide que las comprobaciones restantes se ejecuten exitosamente, y ahí sí fusionar en la rama master.
