Updated list of repositories for Core Blockchain

This new PR contains list of new repositories for Core blockchain.

However, as per the following closed PR for adding Core Blockchain to Electric capital ecosystem which is successfully merged and closed, I am still unable to get results for Core Blockchain on the Electric Capital Ecosystem Page.

Our team went through the PR and it looks good, but we counldn't find the links between the following repos and Core Blockchain. Could you point us to where we could find these associations.
