Thanks @AdamRJensen , I added a few more. If you're curious why there can be R traces here and there; that's because some test data were generated using R, which provides the reference implementation for some of the algorithms re-implemented in |

When compiling the documentation the output files are not ignored by git.
Also, there's no good reason to have a R file ignored in a Python package.
