For Assignment 2_Question 1:
Run Assignment 2_Question 1.sln using microsoft visual studio 2022, please make sure the File.txt is in the same folder with the Main.cpp file
Enter a string when the prompt asking for a number to test the program
Enter an index number outside the range of 0-99 when the prompt asking for the index to test the program
