After this PR is merged, dnSpyEx will target .NET 8 and .NET Framework 4.8 with the latter being kept for compatibility with older operating systems like Windows 8 or 7. Users of those operating systems are strongly encouraged to upgrade to newer operating systems for both security reasons as well as to experience the improved performance of the .NET 8 distributions!
