Vocab / document form: Hide single article and plural article field depending on word type

Motivation

• Johannes mentioned part of the problem here: Release 2024.11.0 #548 (review)
• The form asks for a singular article even if the word type differentiates from Substantiv (the field is required)
• The form asks for a plural article even if the word type differentiates from Substantiv (the field is not required)

Proposed Solution

To be discussed, some ideas:

• the field singular article should only be required for word type Substantiv
• the fields singular article and plural article should then be hidden if a word type different to Substantiv is selected
