Motivation

Implementation of #3014 removed the checkmarks for selecting events or locations in the respective forms for user roles (observer) that don't need to select POIs/Events. The strings "X Locations selected" / "X Events selected" are still displayed although nothing can be selected.

Proposed Solution

Also hide these strings for the user roles that shouldn't be able to select multiple events or locations.

• Hide it in Events, Archived Events, Locations
• It doesn't exist in Archived Locations in the first place so it can't be hidden

Alternatives

Leave as it is.
