Symfony1 updated version

This repo servers as replacement for the official symfony/symfony1 repo.

As symfony1 is no longer maintained, issues and bugfixes are no longer performed on the offical repo. This version only differs from the official one to tackle companitibility issues with newer versions of PHP (eg. the deprecated use of the /e modifier in preg_replace)
