This is an open-source version of a computer-aided design file sharing and version control desktop application. The application allows users to work simultaneously on large engineering projects that require decentralized design of systems. It also supports file sharing of large files with clients or supervisors. The application is intended to work with google cloud storage, which must be initiated by the end-user in order to save files in the cloud database.
install node js in directory run the following commands: npm i
install react in client directory cd to client directory run the following commands: npm install react --save npm install react-dom --save npm install webpack webpack-dev-server webpack-cli --save npm install babel-core babel-loader babel-preset-env babel-preset-react html-webpack-plugin --save-dev
Run the application cd to client directory run the following commands: npm run start
Run the node backend cd to CAD-file-Sharing run the following commands: node app.js
