clang format style

Put the following contents in a file called .clang-format in curl's source dir and run clang-format -i [file]. The end result is almost what we prefer.

Some remaining nits we haven't yet made clang-format 3.8 do/not do:

• sometimes it moves comments to column 0 when we rather have the comments indented with the rest of the code in that block
• when a case XXXX: is followed by a line that starts with an open brace ({), it insists on moving the brace up to the case line.
• it fails to indent properly at times(!), so url.c reformatted causes checksrc to warn!
