It works fine with a Berks 2.0.14 but not with a Berks 3.x:
$ berks install --quiet
Ridley::Errors::MissingNameAttribute The metadata at '/tmp/d20140423-28851-t9ggwc' does not contain a 'name' attribute. While Chef does not strictly enforce this requirement, Ridley cannot continue without a valid metadata 'name' entry.
