Description

Closes #398.

Originally reported upstream, which resulted in 1.5.6 including a new context attribute to customize which conda-build paths are honored by local channel on the libmamba side (mamba-org/mamba#3056).

I tried conda install local::test-package --solver=libmamba and it worked for me.
