You have done great work! I've reviewed the app and everything looks fantastic. Your addition of the new modal for project images is a nice touch and provides a better user experience for viewing the project images. I particularly like the use of the dialog element for the modal, as it is semantically appropriate and provides accessibility benefits. After reviewing your work, I can confirm that it is semantically correct and well implemented.
