Installation

Reference to future me

1. Install Nginx, Ruby, Node.js and PHP (see server/server_install.sh)
2. Install Composer, Bower and grunt-cli
3. Clone repository
4. composer install
5. npm install
6. bower install
7. grunt build:prod
