- add tab based debug view to view: content, plate, mdast, raw markdown - in edit view, re-work the title and journal / date dropdown buttons somewhat

The debug menu is not pretty, but its functional and should help the next slate of features. Over the next few PRs, plan to incrementally improve it and if I want to keep it around, eventually hide it behind a debug flag. Closes #79
The re-arranged and slightly edited heading / journal / date picker are closer to the style I want, but not quite there. With the debug toolbar, and the (un-styled) plate toolbar its quite crowded.
