I've opened an issue in the source repo asking for clarification since it isn't obvious to me which license is correct. The README and package.json state AGPL but license file states GPL. I will update here when I get an answer.

@capfei - Yeah, given the README and package.json file both say AGPL, my guess is the author intended AGPL but let's see if they respond to the issue you opened. If we don't hear anything in 2 weeks, my vote is we keep it AGPL. Thank you!
