I've tried adding Leaving this open until 3.13 is actually out, and a new release should finally also build that. |

Blocked by actions/runner-images#10758 The attempted workaround seems not to work: The specifically installed 3.13 is not used (and then more things go wrong). |
Workaround-For: actions/runner-images#10758
The Python 3.13 attempts are dropped -- they did not work, and by now that should have arrived everywhere.

This updates the maturin version used by Python, all Rust dependencies, and re-generates the CI script.
