Use Blog Cover

• Added optional background-image using Ghost's @blog.cover setting. If no blog cover, defaults to black.
• Removed hard-coded background-image in theme style.
• Minor refactoring of color variables

Autoprefixer task

Using Grunt, styles.min.css can be optimized in a postprocess step with Autoprefixer.
And includes a custom-meta partial to add any needed meta tags.
Fix a problem with printing feature-image even if no image is used

Stable with Ghost 0.5.3

• To use Ghost 0.5.0 features: Added Cover Image displaying inside the post; Removes call to ogtag partial.
• Link in post-excerpt now has the underline style as it should.
• Added in /functions/ folder, reorder the structure.
• Added in a Sass map to more semantically and easily organize color definitions

Stable witih Ghost 0.4.0

Stable release that include all the Grunt and Mixture set up. Work with Ghost version prior to 0.5.0
