DokuWiki plugin EditOnLink

Hower an inner wiki link to see an animated decoration and a popover button for editing the page by that link.

Just like other DW plugins, automatic install by Extension Manager; or manual install (see Plugins).

Animation goes via inline SVG.
Popover button is a pseudo-element ::after.
Button click is detected by calculating popover position in relation to the parent link.
