refactor: combobox, select, menu, tabs

📝 Description

• Improve composition between menu + combobox
• Add open property to combobox to programmatically control the combobox
• Fix multiple + selectionBehavior=clear issue
• Remove selectOnBlur, which can lead to unexpected side effects
