Add noindex tags to older versions of the docs - #DXC-228
Link to Linear issue.
Problem:
Older versions of the documentation pop up on the Google Search. While older versions of the docs should always be available on the site, we get quite a lot of traffic of the users going to the old versions of the documentation when getting started.
Proposed solution:
As per docusaurus docs, add a noindex tags to the pages of the older versions of the documentation so that they would prevent the search engines from indexing them.
