Calcitem Studio (hereinafter refer to as "Calcitem", "we", "our" or "us") take your privacy very seriously. Except for specific Calcitem products or services providing an independent privacy policy, this Privacy Policy applies to all Calcitem applications that reference or link to this Privacy Policy. What information is collected by us and how do we use it?

What information is collected by us

  • Crash report

The purpose of collecting such information is to improve our services to you. The type and amount of information we collect will depend on how you use our products or services.

When an application crashes, the data collected and stored by our application through catcher and xCrash include but are not limited to: crash data, SDK or API version, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, device model, name of the device manufacturer, operating system version, etc.

We will obtain your express consent through pop-up window before each request to send diagnostic data.

After your express consent, our app will call a third-party email client to automatically attach the details of the crash report in the body of the email, including the above-mentioned collected and stored data, only when you click the email client's "Send" button, the crash data will be sent to our mailbox.

In addition, if you agree to report crash data to OS or app store provider in your operating system configuration, those provider will share the crash data with us. This collection is beyond our control.

How we use the personal information that we collect

The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services, and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws, regulations and other regulatory requirements. This involves:

  • Providing, processing, maintaining, improving and developing our products and/or services to you, such as fixing crash bugs.

Calcitem shall conduct crash report analysis to further improve user experience.

In order to follow up on the feedback you have chosen to provide, Calcitem may correspond with you using the personal information that you have provided and keep records of this correspondence for problem solving and service improvement.

Since such information is critical to your interaction with Calcitem, it is not recommended that you refuse to receive such information.

Our applications may access certain features on your device such as enabling email to use contacts, and network status, etc. This information is used to allow the applications to run on your device and allow you to interact with the applications. How we store your personal information

In principle, the personal information we collect and generate in the People's Republic of China shall be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

Depending on the Calcitem product or service you use, it may incorporate a third parties' products or services involving source code hosting, feedback system, etc. These will be provided in the form of links to third parties' websites. Your information may also be collected when you use these products or services. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you take the time to read the third party's privacy policy just like you read ours. We are not responsible for and cannot control how third parties use personal information which they collect from you. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other sites linked from our applications and services.
