Changing the structure to type based rather than project based.
@jwbowers This is generally how I've thought about a data science type project. I focus around that type of files that are going to be within each folder rather than having folders associated with the stage of the project. In this example, I have the stages of the project within the scripts and output folders, but we might not need that level of detail. What do you think about this type of approach?
