lazyloading & kirbytag (& editor block)
- renamed kirbytag and filemethod to:
lazysrcset - refac with focus on lazyloading, kirbytag (inheriting core image kirbytag) and core srcset
- removed picture element
- unittests, travis ci, coveralls
- new readme
- editor block based on kirbytag will follow soon
