This adds responsive search functionality to the
1-Column.htmlandMaster.htmltemplates based on the search on the main gov.bc.ca website.It is a text box at medium and larger sizes, and collapses to a magnifying glass icon next to the hamburger menu at small and extra small sizes.

I'm a bit hacky when it comes to web development, so if there is a more elegant way to do it let me know!
