If you have not install Python on your system, Download python from https://python.org according to your base system
then add your tokens wich you get from twitter to TOKENS.py as how its informd in it. then copy commend blow and run it in your CMD/Terminal/etc
pip install -r requipments.txt
if installation is successful then use this commend in your CMD/Terminal/etc
python3 run.py [options(optimal)]
