Prototype enhancement for Conjure Water on entities:

  • With Duration up, makes the target soggy/wet/soaked, placeholder name to decide. Mixins into isInWaterOrRain() allowing Riptide and other combos, also clears fire each tick.
  • With Sensitive, places the water in the position of the entity. Currently not supporting aoe/pierce, simply needs a fake block hit result to use the existing code.

Includes a small tweak to Crush check, from isSwimming() that check swim action to isUnderwater() which checks if the head is submerged
