This PR adds Revolt server invite badge, based on the #7071 PR.
In addition to addressing previous review comments, this PR adds a bit of documentation and a
revolt_api_urlfield since Revolt allows self-hosting. However, I couldn't find any public instances besides the flagship one, so the test defaults to usingrevolt_api_url=https://api.revolt.chat.
