MODELLER-GUI

This is a Tkinter based MODELLER GUI program.

HOW TO USE:

1. Paste your fasta file and the template protein file and the MODELLER.py file in the same directory
2. The pdb file need not be preprocessed as the code does it. NOTE: Backup your original pdb file.
3. Select the fasta file and the template.
4. Type in the code for you alignment (eg. AZT)
5. Type in the number of models that need to be generated.
6. Click "RUN"
