This repository contains the code for calculating the average and standard deviation of selected data in the rms file

HOW TO USE:

1. Run the python script and this should popup a window with three buttons and 2 entries
2. Press the"Browse" button and choose the rmsf/d file
3. ENTER the max and min value of desire whose avg and sd needs to be calculated
4. Then press "Calculate average" button to get the average value of the selected values
5. Similarly press the "Calculate SD" button to calculate the SD
