A collection of shell scripts to improve workflow on a SLURM cluster

In the following steps replace "path/to/dir/" with the path to where you have cloned the repository

1. Add directory to path (e.g. Add the line [ PATH="path/to/dir/"Sherlock_tools:$PATH ] in ~/.bashrc)
2. make files executable (e.g. Chmod +x "path/to/dir/"Sherlock_tools/*)
