baseof.html - flex-1 div was commented out in a previous commit when 'max-w-full' was added list.html & single.html - updated to stop bug with article list and single view

I've documented the changes I've made in a PR to my own website.
These changes should fix the article cutoff issue #27 and not introduce the stretched sidebar issue #28.
I've also updated the dependencies as well.
I've tested this across a few browsers and views and it all seems to be fine now 🙌🏽
