HTTP Commands:

Relay on -> GET  [IP]/control?cmd=GPIO,[GPIO],1

Relay off -> GET  [IP]/control?cmd=GPIO,[GPIO],0

Relay status -> GET  [IP]/control?cmd=status,gpio,[GPIO]

Pulse -> GET [IP]/control?cmd=Pulse,[GPIO],[state],[duration]
