soletta_git.bb: drop tests that intermittently timeout

Cathy reported eventually HTTP tests fail.

We tried to avoid this issue with:

solettaproject/soletta#2038

It was very effective for semaphoreci, but apparently
not good enough for Jenkins.

Since we already validate these modules with
C unit tests and manual tests, let's drop them.
