Initial release

This is the initial release of the Author child theme for the Hemingway WordPress theme. It is a snapshot of the version that went live with Anna McIlwraith's new website on Sunday 16th April 2017. It's flagged as pre-release, because while the child theme is stable for Anna's website, it may not be suitable or stable for other purposes just yet.
