Lily Raga makes it easy to notate Carnatic melodies in standard staff notation using Lilypond, a language for typesetting music. It defines carnatic style note names and scales in the form of Lilypond Header files.

This version (v1.0) is the complete package: contains 16 & 7 note names, and all 72 basic scales. All the ragas are based on these 72 scales, so, any carnatic melody can be notated with these.
