Who am I? I am a Full Stack GIANT Developer! Period.

Currently, I am working at GovAssist, providing my IT services as a Sr. Full Stack Engineer with my full capacity.

Previously, I have worked at CMPAK (Zong) as a Sr. Executive IT-Software Engineer.

  • ⚡ Currently leading projects at GovAssist as a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, where I have developed and maintained several key applications and tools, including:

    • Ticket Touting System: Automated tool that enhances productivity by optimally assigning tickets, chats, and calls based on agent availability and priority. Integrated with CRM for real-time status syncing.
    • Visa Products: Built and managed visa application systems for multiple countries, ensuring seamless user payment processing and multi-payment options.
    • BackendBot: A service for automating cart payments, transitions, and handling chargebacks, fully integrated with queue jobs.
    • ChatWidget: A versatile chat widget integrated across platforms, providing standalone functionality with advanced features.
    • Reminders App: Application to send email reminders to leads with partially completed forms, ensuring higher conversion rates.
