It overs no real extra coverage as text export is functionally the same. The only difference is in the file extension, which is covered with the integration tests.

#96 mentioned the field separator not working option, which I can't replicate.
However, I noticed there was only a test in helpers.spec.ts to test the helper function. I wanted extra coverage to ensure output from the main function behaves as expected.
This PR also removes redundant tests for
txtgeneration. It's functionally the same.
