NLC Internship Website

1. Front-end is done using HTML and CSS, MySQL as Database and PHP for Back-end purpose.
2. This Webpage is done as a part of my internship in NLCIL.
3. Here there are 3 pages in which first two are complaint pages done for the Neyveli Mines II.
4. This Website sends the data that had been got in the form as a POST request so that the PHP code will store it into the database.
