Pre-release Version with some bug corrections and control inputs disabled

Respect to v0.1.0 there are the following corrections:

• Z-axis sign is taken in account when homing and when planning position
• Limit switch debounce timer is re-activated correctly after first press
• Unused control inputs are disabled as default since not used. To activate them a define should be added to configuration.

Pre-release version.

Pre-release version tested on Nucleo-F401RE with CPCBM configuration, and partially on Nucleo-F303K8 with the same CPCBM configuration.
The other versions are not tested but made available for anyone who would like to use them for their machine.c

How to choose which binary to use: the name indicates on which microcontroller board the binary shall be used, and then the defines used to compile, i.e. the configuration.
