Corrective update
Changes:
- Required .NET Framework downgraded from 4.8 to 4.6
- Fixed warning on first launch. Also, a warning is always displayed.
- For the Russifier, its own link to the firmware has been added, which leads to the application post on 4PDA

- Target platform (Microsoft .NET Framework) changed from 4.7.1 to 4.7.2
- Added the ability to create a full dump in IMG format
- Added the ability to install Android apps (APK) on smartphones to your SD Card via ADB (adb install -s [apk file])
- Added a new app to the file Apps.txt
