Thanks @CrochetFeve0251! This is looking good. When I copy the minified files from 7.0.5 to this PR, the contents of the files are different for some reason, but I think it's a white space issue only. This can be fixed on commit.
I do want to make sure that we get some good manual testing for this before committing, though. I'll comment on the Trac ticket as such.

@desrosj Do you want me to make the change? It would remove the approval state and I saw some people were planning to test.

It wouldn't hurt to update! But also something that can be fixed by the committer handling this.
