Fixes:
- If admin 1 deletes assign types, and admin 2 imports the new file, he still has the deleted ones from admin 1. Now it's fixed.
- Fixed S-13-S helper, the copy and paste was not working as expected, also it was showing wrong data and wrong tip. Now it's fixed.
