Initial Release 1.1

This is the commit containing v1.1 of the main processor board! When making changes to this board, make sure to include a new release after it has been ordered for manufacturing, so that different iterations of the board can be kept track of. Also don't forget to increment the version number on the top overlay layer of the PCB when making changes, so that different versions of the PCB can be accounted for.
