This makes it so trajectories are calculated by a new gradle task, calculateTrajectories. These JSON artifacts are then loaded on robot startup, reducing overhead. We couldn't make it work in gradlew deploy, so people will have to use gradlew fullDeploy now.

(ignore a lot of the changes, seems my IDE had spacing changes...? I only changed like 100 lines)
