Is it a URL or a host:port they are not the same and the doc is unclear

host => The URL you use to access qBittorrent locally. this says to use a URL which would be http://IP:PORT

replace ip with your unraid server ip, replace port with your webgui port you use to access the webgui for python3 /mnt/user/data/scripts/mover.py --host "ip:port" says to use IP:PORT

Per Bobo this is a host, host:port, and not a URL
