Such records are used to make an informed decision before doing an architectural decision. To use this in an effical manner the following workflow is proposed for ADR's:
- new topics -> contains all the new adr proposals
- backlog -> contains adr proposals that were discussed, but have no prio for now in general
- postponed -> contains adr proposals that were discussed and are postponed to a specific date
- wip -> contains all the adr proposals that are
work in progress - closed -> contains all the resolved adr proposals. Can be used as artifact to understand certain decisions in the future
